2025 Coca-Cola 600 odds, NASCAR picks: Best bets for the Charlotte Motor Speedway race from proven racing expert
CBS Sports NASCAR writer Steven Taranto reveals his NASCAR picks to SportsLine for the 2025 Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway on Sunday
Christopher Bell will be looking to ride the momentum of his NASCAR All-Star Race win from last week when he seeks his fourth NASCAR Cup Series win of the year when he takes part in the 2025 NASCAR Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway on Sunday. Bell also has wins at Atlanta Motor Speedway, Circuit of the Americas at Austin, Texas and Phoenix Raceway. He was second at the 2025 AdventHealth 400 on May 11 and at the 2025 Cook Out 400 at Martinsville Speedway on March 30.
Kyle Larson is the +550 favorite, followed by Denny Hamlin (+650), Bell (+700), William Byron and Tyler Reddick (+750) and Ryan Blaney (+800), according to the latest 2025 NASCAR Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway odds from DraftKings Sportsbook. Brad Keselowski, who won the Coca-Cola 600 in 2020, is among the intriguing longshots at +2500. Sunday's race, which is the longest race on NASCAR's schedule, starts at 6 p.m. ET.
Before making any NASCAR at Charlotte Motor Speedway picks, you NEED to see what CBS Sports NASCAR writer Steven Taranto has to say.
Taranto, who moonlights as a sim racer and has 20 career wins in iRacing, is the lead NASCAR writer for CBSSports.com. Taranto was red-hot for SportsLine in 2024 as he nailed 17 winners, including 16-1 longshot William Byron at the Daytona 500 and 14-1 longshot Chase Elliott at Texas. Anybody following his NASCAR picks could have seen HUGE returns!
For the 2025 Coca-Cola 600, Taranto is high on Josh Berry (+2500). He also has a head-to-head prop bet, with Kyle Larson (-125) to finish ahead of Denny Hamlin (-105). "Kyle Larson is currently listed as the favorite for the Coca-Cola 600 at +600 odds, which is a rather ambitious projection considering Larson is trying to complete The Double and run both the Indianapolis 500 and Coca-Cola 600 in the same day," Taranto said. "In the history of The Double, no driver has ever won one race or the other, and only one driver – Tony Stewart in 2001 – has ever completed all 1,100 possible miles between the two races.
"Still, if anyone can be a threat to win the Coke 600 mere hours after the Indianapolis 500, it's Kyle Larson. And that makes him a solid head-to-head pick over Denny Hamlin, who limps into Charlotte after two-straight mechanical failures at Texas and Kansas followed by his team flat out missing their setup for the All-Star Race at North Wilkesboro."
Taranto has also identified three other drivers in his 2025 NASCAR Coca-Cola 600 best bets. He's also high on a huge NASCAR longshot who's going off at over 40-1, potentially netting any backer a HUGE payday! You ABSOLUTELY NEED to see his picks before locking in any NASCAR picks of your own.
